If you're thinking of coming to Paris for business or holidays, why not make it a truly cultural experience
by renting a vacation apartment with Experience-Paris!

How to book

1. Choose the place where you want to stay:

When you have found a place that suits your needs, you simply have to use the contact form or send us an email. All the information sent is confidential and is only used to draft the rental contract.

2. Reservation:

We will then double check the availability of the apartment and send you a confirmation within 12 hours (often sooner). If the apartment is available and you wish to book it, we will send you our Rental Agreement. We will give you all the final details for paying the 50% down payment.

3. Initial payment:

The next step in order to secure your booking is to pay the reservation deposit which is 50% of the total rent. When payment is completed, the apartment is reserved for you. If you are booking an apartment within 30 days before your arrival, we require the full value of your rental to be paid in advance. Payment can be made by international bank transfer or directly online.

4. Final payment:

The payment of the remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the first day of occupancy.

5. Returnable damage deposit:

For weekly rentals the average amount is €300. The exact amount will be specified in the Rental Agreement. This amount is fully refundable less reserves for any damage, within a week of your departure. We never had to withhold anyone's deposit so far and we have never had a dispute.

Failure to settle unpaid dues or the returnable damage deposit upon arrival will cancel the booking. All sums paid will be forfeited

6. Liability and Insurance:

All visitors are recommended to arrange their own holiday insurance, including medical cover as required. The owners can accept no liability for accidents.

The owners of the apartment will not accept any liability for any loss, injury or damage of any nature whatsoever sustained to or by any person in the course of their occupation of the apartment as a result of the occupation of that property or any activity carried out in the course of such occupation, such activity and occupation being carried out at the individual's own risk.
